DIY Face Masks

Yoghurt, Turmeric & Honey

The perfect me time activity! For hydrating, smoothing and evening the skin tone, this food face mask will leave your face feeling smooth and hydrated.
For: Uneven skin tone and texture
Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients  together
  2. Apply evenly over face
  3. Leave for 20 minutes (add a slice of cucumber on each eye and relax with a meditation )
  4. Wash off with warm water then apply your moisturiser

 

Avocado & Cucumber 

When you’re feeling the heat and always applying sunscreen, it’s essential to clean out your pores. Easy with this 2 ingredient face mask!
For: Oily skin
Ingredients:
  • Half an avocado
  • quarter of a cucumber

Directions:

  1. Smash the avocado until smooth
  2. Grate the cucumber
  3. Blend the 2 ingredients together and apply to you face
  4. Leave for 10 mins then wash off with lukewarm water

 

Avocado, Banana & Honey 

The perfect mask when your skin is feeling a little dry and you’re feeling a bit dehydrated.

Ingredients:

  • Half an avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:

  1. Mash the banana and avocado in a bowl until completely smooth
  2. Add your honey to the mix and mix
  3. Apply evenly to your face
  4. Leave for 10 mins and rinse with lukewarm water

note: apply 2-3 times a week if your skin is feeling extremely dry.
