Alexandra Park Rotunda

Welcome to the Bundaberg - Alexandra Park Rotunda camp, which is located in the suburb of Bundaberg, part of the Bundaberg (Regional Council) Local Government Area. The camp is funded by GenesisCare and has been running since April 2018.

The Bundaberg - Alexandra Park Rotunda class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Active Yoga, Active X Training, Pilates, and you can learn more about them below.

Sessions are available at 7:15 am and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.

How to get started
To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.

There are no joining fees, no class fees, everything we offer is free.

Melinda Pain

Hi, I'm Mel. I absolutely love Pilates and I honestly pinch myself every day that I get to share that love with others. Helping others to find joy in movement and strength is so rewarding and I truly love seeing my clients develop their skills, reduce pain, and increase movement and mobility. Pilates really is one of the most transformative practices that you can do for your body and best of all it is sustainable. The exercises are effective yet gentle on joints and both Men and Women of all ages can benefit from regular classes. Whether you are returning from an injury, experiencing postural pain, post-partum, needing to strengthen your pelvic floor or simply wanting an all over workout that won't harm your joints, Pilates offers countless benefits to all. My specialty is teaching beginners how to engage their core and discover muscles they didn't even know they had. My classes are focused on helping you with correct posture and technique so that you get the most out of every workout every time. I love seeing that "Ah-ha" moment in their eyes when everything they've been learning suddenly comes together and they too become Pilates addicted. I enjoy working with all age groups and my passion for strengthening the pelvic floor forms the basis of many of my programs.
