North Narrabeen

Bilarong Reserve

Welcome to the North Narrabeen - Bilarong Reserve camp, which is located in the suburb of North Narrabeen, part of the Northern Beaches (Area) Local Government Area. The camp is funded by Sydney North Health Network and has been running since February 2024.

The North Narrabeen - Bilarong Reserve class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Active Yoga, Active Boxing, Active X Training, and you can learn more about them below.

Sessions are available at 10:00 am and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.

How to get started
To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.

There are no joining fees, no class fees, everything we offer is free.

North Narrabeen - Bilarong Reserve’S TRAINERS

Paul Morris

Hi I'm Paul. I wasn't the most active child but then I took up rowing when I left school and rowed for Sydney and London Clubs. I started training at American health studios in Sydney back in the days when men wore top hats ( I'm almost that old) & pro wrestlers trained at the same gym. I trained with champion bodybuilders and I trained with friends. Had short breaks but always came back to it. I took up Karate for the focus, then my corporate business went into liquidation so I studies Fitness full time. My studies led me to believe that it was mind blowingly good to be fit and strong particularly as we age past 40 & 50. Age is a measure of time not ability.

Jacquie Steel

I am dedicated about health and wellness, a traveller and yogi. I have a passion for yoga and have been practising since I was 16. I have completed my 200 hours of Yoga Teacher training. Yoga is an ancient practice that rid the body of built up Trauma. Inner peace comes when you relax your body, quiet your mind and open your heart. In yoga breath sets the beat for movement to follow. I look forward to seeing you soon
