North Narrabeen

Bilarong Reserve

Welcome to the North Narrabeen - Bilarong Reserve camp, which is located in the suburb of North Narrabeen, part of the Northern Beaches (Area) Local Government Area. The camp is funded by Sydney North Health Network and has been running since February 2024.

The North Narrabeen - Bilarong Reserve class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Active Yoga, Active Boxing, Body Weight Training, and you can learn more about them below.

Sessions are available at 10:00 am, 5:30 pm, 10:30 am, 8:00 am and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Thursday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.

How to get started
To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.

There are no joining fees, no class fees, everything we offer is free.

Diana Bridgford

Diana joins LLGA with a lifetime of knowledge and expertise on health, fitness wellness and training. Her qualifications cover children and adolescents through to older adults and everyone in between and range from beginner, intermediate to elite athletes in specific sports and world champions. Using a variety of strategies and techniques Diana has proven success in facilitating students towards achieving results and living their best life. Her modes of training includes fitness training, strength training, yoga, pilates and reformer, boxing along with many other forms she has learnt along the way. And if you'd like someone to drive your boat Diana holds a Master up to 24 metres and Marine Engine Driver 2 qualification. See you in the Park !

Allahna Jaylah

Allahna Jaylah aims to cultivate strength, power and authenticity in her yoga students by practicing and teaching with intelligence, ease and joy. Yoga, and specifically Forrest Yoga has helped Allahna grow into and embody her Spirit, becoming more fully present and open hearted. She creates safe spaces for her students to grow in their yoga journey. Allahna participated in her first Yoga class at age fourteen after which the teacher encouraged her to become a yoga teacher. This was the beginning of Allahna's yoga journey but It wasn’t until a few decades later that she decided to become a teacher. A lifelong learner, Allahna is a Yoga Therapist and Forrest Yoga Teacher with over 1600 hours of yoga teacher training. She is also a music therapist, sound healer, qualified Behavioural Scientist and energy medicine practitioner. Allahna is Vegan and loves all animals including humans. She is guardian of a happy Lilac Toy Poodle rescue who is usually by her side. She also basks in the good medicine of the ocean, sun, wind and sand every day.
