Cardinia Shire Council

Cardinia Shire is located on Melbourne's south-east fringe, about 55 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. They encourage a sense of community and belonging across Cardinia Shire’s 30 townships and focus on partnership building and supporting people. Cardinia Shire is a liveable, resilient community where the environment flourishes and residents are healthy, included and connected.

Cardinia Shire want everyone who lives, works, learns and plays in Cardinia to be healthy and active. They encourage physical activity in parks and reserves, active travel to work and school and participation in sport and recreation. Cardinia promote and support groups and programs in mental health, physical activity, healthy eating. Partnership with Live Life get Active aligns with these ambitions for the community.

Without the generous support of Cardinia Shire Council, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible.
