Smoothies - Green Machine & Very Berry

INGREDIENTS
Green Machine
- 1 frozen banana, chopped up
- ¼ cucumber, chopped up
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 TBSP nut butter
- ½ cup coconut water (or water)
NOTE - Add ½ tsp - 1tsp of honey to make this sweeter
Berry Breakfast
- 1 frozen banana, chopped up
- 1/2 cup low sugar yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup water
METHOD
Simply blitz all ingredients together in a blender.
