Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation.

In this 7-week series you will learn some easy and practical ways to bring more calmness, joy, self-acceptance and better sleep into your life. Perfect for beginners or those who wish to brush up on their daily mindfulness and meditation practices.

Michael will guide you through simple techniques that you can use to bring mindfulness into every day, followed by a guided meditation. You will learn new tools to help manage anxiety and worry, and just feel more relaxed overall.

This session runs for around 20 minutes. Michael Dever is a professionally qualified Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness and Meditation Coach at Live Life Get Active.
