Yoghurt with nuts, seeds, or fruit adds protein and probiotics for strong muscles, lasting energy, and a happy gut, which can boost your mood and focus. Trio of Dips & Veggie Sticks

Carrot, cucumber and capsicum sticks with 1 ½ TBSP of:

1. Smashed avocado, lemon juice, salt & pepper

2. Hummus

3. Cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, Salt & pepper

 

Yoghurt & Toppings:

1/3rd cup of natural or Greek yoghurt with:

1. Mixed nuts and seeds (30g or a small handful)

2. Nut butter (1/2 TBSP) and banana

3. Mixed berries or chopped fresh fruit (1 cup)
