Fruit Iceblocks

Each ice block is equivalent to ½ a serving of your daily fruit recommended serves. Enjoy your fruit in a refreshing and tasty way this summer!


INGREDIENTS

  • 225g fresh or frozen fruit (e.g. mango, berries) 
  • 225g banana 
  • 6 ice block moulds

METHOD

  1. Place chosen fruit in a saucepan and cover with a lid. 
  2. Bring slowly to a boil then turn off and allow to cool. 
  3. Blend fruit with equal quantities of banana until smooth. 
  4. Pour into ice block moulds with a stick and freeze.
