Sunshine Coast Council

Sunshine Coast Council provides a range of services and community facilities to residents for the sunshine coast ranging from waste collection and community funding and support programs. Their vision is for the Sunshine Coast: to be Australia’s most sustainable region – healthy, smart, creative.

Sunshine Coast provide community grants as well as have a health and well-being initiative called 'Healthy Sunshine Coast'; a series of free or low cost group fitness opportunities made available for Sunshine Coast residents to participate in across the coast. Partnership with Live Life Get Active is just one example of their commitment towards creating a healthier and fitter community.

Sunshine Coast Council partnered with Live Life Get Active in February 2015 and currently sponsors 1 locations. Without the generous support of Sunshine Coast Council, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible.
