
Welcome to the Live Stream - Fitness camp, which is located in the suburb of , part of the Local Government Area. The camp is funded by Live Life Get Active and has been running since May 2020.
The Live Stream - Fitness class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Stretch & Flex, Tums & Bums Pilates, Wake Up & Smile Yoga, Energetic Aerobics, Wind Down and Restore Yoga, Whole Body Pilates, Refocus You Yoga, Strong Body Yoga, Tension Releasing Yoga, Thigh & Leg Toner Cardio, Restorative Yoga, Energise Your Body & Mind Yoga, Cardio Boxercise, Strong Body Vinyasa Yoga, Dancefit to make you Sweat & Smile, and you can learn more about them below.
Sessions are available at 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 7:30 am, 6:30 pm, 12:00 pm, 8:15 am, 9:00 am and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.
How to get started
To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.
There are no joining fees, no class fees, everything we offer is free.

Katie Moore
My journey with yoga started back in 2009, and was alot about the healing properties, it wasn't until I started my teacher training that I learnt about the mind, body and spirit as a whole. Since then I've taught all sorts of people with all sorts of Yoga. Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post natal, Kids yoga and even sports specific classes. Yoga helped keep me healthy and moving during both my pregnancies, and of course bouncing back post pregnancy. Yoga is for everybody, so don't be afraid to give it a go. You'll be surprised how much you can learn about yourself.

“Hi, I am Dita & I have been practising yoga for 10 years. Shortly after Studying Vinyassa Yoga in 2019, I joined the Live Live get Active Team running yoga Sessions at the St Albans Camp. What I enjoy most about yoga is the feeling of coming home to my body & the time to find stillness. I enjoy sharing this gift to others.I have since moved over to teaching Yoga Online weekly with Live life get active. Apart from yoga I I also love the beach & going to the markets window shopping the deli.”
