Enjoy group exercise in a welcoming environment. The groups are run either in a park or community centre and are very social, highly motivating and a great way to meet new people. It’s never boring! Each location runs a weekly schedule that includes cross training (toning, cardio and strength), paired boxing (toning, balance and coordination) yoga or Pilates (balance strength, flexibility and relaxation).
The Importance of Good Physical Health
Getting a good life balance can be hard at times, but we really encourage you to make some form of exercise part of your daily routine. Your body and mind will thank you! Aim for at least 30 mins a day. That may be a brisk walk, one that gets you sweating, or it may be a group class, a LIVE session that you do from home or a 10 mins work out with one of our targeted-on demands. You can mix it up depending on your week.

Free Group Exercises

In these sessions you will move through different exercises that will target different zones of your body. It’s all about bursts of activity followed by short periods of recovery. These programs will get your heart pumping, provide a surge of positive energy and help shift those unwanted kilos quickly!

This is not about punching it out in the ring! This is a pair based routine where you follow drills demonstrated by the trainer. It works the lower body and upper body and increases heart fitness. The sessions will build your coordination and vastly improve your balance. All levels are welcomed. You will love what this does for you!

We practice many forms of yoga but if you have never taken a yoga class before, don’t worry our instructors will help and guide you through each move in every session you attend. Yoga is an all over workout, building strength, flexibility and balance in both your body and your mind.

They can adapt our programs to be as enjoyable for a beginner as it is for someone who wants more of a challenge.




Locations
Our group exercise programs are run in locations where we have managed to secure a funding partner.
We are always looking for new partners to help us set up in new locations. At any one time we have around 50 camp programs in operation.




LIVE Workouts
We have 12 Live sessions that members can book into each week. We have a good variety of classes so there is something for everyone. We have pilates classes, strength classes, yoga and weekend classes. They are fun, uplifting and highly motivating. They run at various times, Monday to Sunday.





On Demand Videos
We have a comprehensive library of over 150 videos that you can access any time, once you become a member. There are 30 minute cardio workouts, 10 minute arm toners, 5 minute ab burners and full body flexibility routines delivered by a range of trainers. This resource helps you work on your target areas and you can easily slot them into a busy day.





Keeping a record
When you become a member we create a private dashboard for you to keep track of your progress. Every session you do is logged and the energy burned is calculated from the measurements you give us. Your tailored nutrition plan keeps track of your progress and is updated to support the new you.
