Welcome to the Canley Vale - Adams Park camp, which is located in the suburb of Canley Vale, part of the Fairfield (City) Local Government Area. The camp is funded by Mekong Mounties and has been running since October 2024.
The Canley Vale - Adams Park class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Active Yoga, Active Boxing, Active X Training, and you can learn more about them below.
Sessions are available at 9:30 am and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.
How to get started
To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.
There are no joining fees, no class fees, everything we offer is free.

With an extensive knowledge of the fitness industry for over 6 years as a personal trainer he can help you overcome the hurdle to becoming the best version of yourself. Hi I'm Pham. I am a yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years and would like to share my knowledge and expertise. Within the local community, I would like to help you live a healthier lifestyle through the power of yoga. Yoga has the potential to transform sickness into health. When practicing, yoga can 1) balance the body and mind 2) Improve and treat bone and joint diseases, preventing osteoarthritis 3) Prevent aging and beautifying the skin 4) Treat sports injuries or other health issues such as stress, high blood pressure, neck and back pain, stomach disorders, constipation, indigestion, and diabetes. I wish for everyone to live healthier, stronger and enjoy yoga. I can speak Vietnamese I look forward to teaching yoga in the local community and join the LLGA.
