Bomaderry - Bomaderry Oval’S TRAINERS
My name is Natalie but you can call me Nat! I’ve been a personal trainer, outdoor group exercise instructor, and boxing for fitness instructor for about 11 years, and a level 1 accredited boxing coach for 3 years. I also have a degree in nutrition and am studying to become an accredited practicing dietitian. The thing I love most about working in fitness is helping people discover how fit and strong they can be when they find what type of exercise they enjoy. I also love bringing people together in group classes so they can have fun and be social while they are working out. My favourite types of exercise are walking with my dog, Penny, running and kickboxing, and I’ve recently tried out triathlons for the first time – I’m not fast, but I love it!Learn more about Natalie Face »
Carla felt at one with yoga the first time she stepped onto the mat but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know the challenge of doing just that. Yoga is a place of physical, emotional and spiritual growth. A place of challenge and grace. A Bomaderry local, Carla has been teaching yoga for just over two years. She sees the opportunity to share yoga with others as an absolute gift. She looks forward to meeting you all.Learn more about Carla Balsar »
