Building Strong Mental & Emotional Health

Building better emotional and mental health is a journey that involves cultivating habits, mindset shifts, and practices that nurture our ability to cope. Just to explain a little further, emotional health refers to how we manage and express emotions and how we cope with life’s challenges. Mental health is how we think, process, understand and make decisions. Here are 3 ways in which we can support you.

Wellbeing Support

We offer many practices that will help give you a sense of balance and will calm your busy mind. They will help you manage stress, improve focus and improve your quality of life. Members have access to our full library and we offer a trial of 5 to non members. We also run events throughout the year that deal with key issues that induce self-confidence, mood and menopause, loneliness and purpose.

My Positive Mind

My Positive Mind is a program that helps you understand stress and anxiety. It explains exactly what anxiety is, why you get it and how you can overcome it. It provides you with skills and tips you can use everyday. It’s animated for easy understanding and the character’s name is Empathy.  Show me more.

Exercise

Regular physical activity benefits the brain in so many ways; it reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression, improves mood, and boosts overall cognitive function. We have so many different ways in which you can enjoy a good workout. Outside in a group, online in a live class or on your own in your own time via an on demand. Remember to mix it up.
