We are very proud of the fact that our professional and highly qualified trainers ensure our classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. They can adapt our programs to be as enjoyable for a beginner as it is for someone who wants more of a challenge.

About our classes

This is not about punching it out in the ring! This is a pair based routine where you follow drills demonstrated by the trainer. It works the lower body and upper body and increases heart fitness. The sessions will build your coordination and vastly improve your balance. All levels are welcomed. You will love what this does for you!

Sessions

Enjoy group exercise in a welcoming environment. The groups are run either in a park or community centre and are very social, highly motivating and a great way to meet new people. It’s never boring! Each location runs a weekly schedule that includes cross training, boxing and yoga.

Our live-stream classes run multiple times per day, we offer cardio, cross-training, boxing, yoga, meditation, pilates and tai chi.
