FIND OUT HOW IT WORKS

We find funding partners to help us create new camps in city, suburban and rural communities right across the country.

We work with councils to help us find great open spaces in which we can run our daily outdoor fitness camps, councils also help us find local trainers and promote our camps to local communities.

We collect detailed information from our members so we can provide them with help and assistance as they travel along the road to better health and happiness.

We provide tailored nutritional plans, information about health risks, ideas for better eating and better sleeping and many other topics that we hope will improve a person’s enjoyment of life.

Providing our offering free of charge to all adult Australians is really important because we wanted to remove all the barriers to leading a fitter, healthier and happier life.

We have also designed our camps so they are relevant to everyone, no matter what their motivation or fitness level.

We promise we will get the most unlikely person moving, having fun and feeling a whole lot better about their life.

We provide the trainers, the equipment and the location all for free. So all you need to bring is yourself!

OUR VISION

We want to build fitter, healthier and happier communities right across Australia. We would like to have a camp in every suburb across Australia.

We are very proud that we have developed an offering that has such a positive effect on the fabric of our multifaceted society. We appeal to all generations, all cultures, all social classes and indeed we create environments that build positivity.

We know we can reduce health risks, identify and reduce pre-diabetic presentations, help reduce levels of medication for those living with diabetes, improve social interaction in new and older communities and nurture positive mental health.

Our data proves that we can do this. It proves our ability to have real social impact.
