A delicious, sweet healthy snack or dessert for anytime of the day. They’re packed with protein from the yoghurt and antioxidants from the berries. With only 4 ingredients, this is the perfect healthy treat during the holidays! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Add yoghurt to the bowl of berries and toss until the berries are fully coated in the yoghurt.
- Scoop your berries into 6-8 scoops and place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, and freeze for 20 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl, add your chocolate chips and oil and melt in 2, 30-second increments in the microwave until it's completely smooth.
- Once your chocolate is melted, remove your tray of berries from the freezer and dip each cluster into the chocolate.
- Add a sprinkle of salt, and enjoy!
