Raspberry Yoghurt Clusters

A delicious, sweet healthy snack or dessert for anytime of the day. They’re packed with protein from the yoghurt and antioxidants from the berries. With only 4 ingredients, this is the perfect healthy treat during the holidays! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raspberries, rinsed and dried 
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 cup chocolate chips 
  • 1 tsp olive oil

METHOD

  1. Add yoghurt to the bowl of berries and toss until the berries are fully coated in the yoghurt. 
  2. Scoop your berries into 6-8 scoops and place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, and freeze for 20 minutes. 
  3. In a separate small bowl, add your chocolate chips and oil and melt in 2, 30-second increments in the microwave until it's completely smooth. 
  4. Once your chocolate is melted, remove your tray of berries from the freezer and dip each cluster into the chocolate. 
  5. Add a sprinkle of salt, and enjoy!
