This muesli is a combination of many anti-inflammatory sources – wholegrains, nuts, seeds and antioxidants. One serve (½ cup) gives you half of your daily recommended omega-3s which is great for skin health (and overall health in general!) Pair the muesli with some yoghurt and berries for the ultimate balanced breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup all bran
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup linseeds
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ⅓ cup pepitas
- ⅓ cup cashews
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Method
- Chop walnuts, cashews and cranberries to size of your liking.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight container. Serve with yoghurt and fruit OR milk.
