Muesli

Breakfast10 Minutes

This muesli is a combination of many anti-inflammatory sources – wholegrains, nuts, seeds and antioxidants. One serve (½ cup) gives you half of your daily recommended omega-3s which is great for skin health (and overall health in general!) Pair the muesli with some yoghurt and berries for the ultimate balanced breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup all bran
  • ⅓ cup walnuts 
  • ⅓ cup linseeds
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds 
  • ⅓ cup pepitas
  • ⅓ cup cashews
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Method

  1. Chop walnuts, cashews and cranberries to size of your liking.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. 
  3. Store in an airtight container. Serve with yoghurt and fruit OR milk.
