Glen Innes Severn Council

Glen Innes Severn Council supports the community by providing an extensive range of community services — through Children and Family Services, Youth Services, and Life Choices – Support Services. Community development relies on feedback from the community to identify service gaps to better meet the needs of people living within the Glen Innes Severn Council Local Government Area.

One of the key goals of Community Services is to maintain an inclusive community where diversity is encouraged and people have access to the support and facilities they need to live safely, happily and as independently as possible in the community. Glen Innes Severn Council upholds and promotes a vibrant, connected community. Through Community Services, we aim to strengthen the social, residential and cultural environment of our community.
