SWSLHD

South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), is one of NSW’s largest health districts. It houses over 800,000 people and covers seven local government’s from Wingecarribee to Bankstown. The organisation’s vision is to provide a patient focused, equitable service to individuals and groups across South Western Sydney.

The role of SWSLHD in the community is a large one, they run 14 major community health centres which provide palliative care, rehabilitation, prevention and early intervention services. Part of their mission is to change the health status of the area through creating positive perceptions around eating and exercise.

SWSLHD partnered with Live Life Get Active in August 2018 and currently sponsors 0 locations. Without the generous support of SWSLHD, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible. TESTIMONIALS

I can't recommend this activity highly enough. They are very well run, the programs are quite diverse and as challenging as you want them to be. Thank you very much SWSLHD, please continue!
