Yoghurt, Turmeric & Honey
The perfect me time activity! For hydrating, smoothing and evening the skin tone, this food face mask will leave your face feeling smooth and hydrated.
For: Uneven skin tone and texture
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Apply evenly over face
- Leave for 20 minutes (add a slice of cucumber on each eye and relax with a meditation )
- Wash off with warm water then apply your moisturiser
Avocado & Cucumber
When you’re feeling the heat and always applying sunscreen, it’s essential to clean out your pores. Easy with this 2 ingredient face mask!
For: Oily skin
Ingredients:
- Half an avocado
- quarter of a cucumber
Directions:
- Smash the avocado until smooth
- Grate the cucumber
- Blend the 2 ingredients together and apply to you face
- Leave for 10 mins then wash off with lukewarm water
Avocado, Banana & Honey
The perfect mask when your skin is feeling a little dry and you’re feeling a bit dehydrated.
Ingredients:
- Half an avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Directions:
- Mash the banana and avocado in a bowl until completely smooth
- Add your honey to the mix and mix
- Apply evenly to your face
- Leave for 10 mins and rinse with lukewarm water
note: apply 2-3 times a week if your skin is feeling extremely dry.
