What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a moving meditation that originated in China to prevent and treat health problems and improve mental strength.

 This practice is more than physical movement, it builds strength from within to help with healing, clarity, focus and calmness.

 These moving meditation classes will help you free emotional tension and clear the mind, leaving you feeling positive and energised.

Who will be running Tai Chi?

Nicky Angelone, Meditation Teacher
from Victoria

Nicky is an experienced mediation teacher, yoga instructor and life coach. She will be running early morning Tai Chi sessions to help you start the day feeling energised and positive.

How do you book?

Live sessions are every Monday and Thursday 6.30am – 7am.
