Who will be running Tai Chi?
Nicky Angelone, Meditation Teacher
Nicky is an experienced mediation teacher, yoga instructor and life coach. She will be running early morning Tai Chi sessions to help you start the day feeling energised and positive.
How do you book?
Live sessions are every Monday and Thursday 6.30am – 7am.
