What is Pilates?
Pilates is a full body workout that consists of low-impact muscular strength and endurance movements that will tone and lengthen your muscles.
Pilates is great if you’re just starting with exercise and it’s also a good addition to your current exercise regime as it will complement any other forms of training you may be doing and help prevent injuries.
What will you get from Pilates?

Who will be running Pilates?
Claudia House, Pilates Instructor from Victoria.
Claudia is a qualified pilates teacher, with experience teaching reformer and mat pilates.
Who is Pilates for?
Our classes are for all abilities. There will be options for beginners through to advanced in each class.
We recommend you watch Claudia’s pilates fundamentals video which will set you up with the basic techniques to take into your first class or help you brush up on your techniques if you have done pilates before.
How do you book?
All you need is a mat or a towel to lay on.
Live sessions are every Wednesday at 9.30am and Thursday at 6pm (AEST).
