Breakfast • 25 Minutes
A delicious, healthy ‘cake’ breakfast. Filled with fibre from the oats + banana, as well as protein from the milk of your choice + egg. This healthy breakfast will keep you full all through the morning!
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe medium banana (+ 2-3 thin slices of banana)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 100mL milk of your choice
Method
- Heat oven to 200°C. Spray ramekin with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to ramekin, stir through chocolate chips in to batter and top with sliced banana and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until puffed up and cooked through. Serve hot.
