Setting your goal
If you want to change and be a better you then its time to set a goal
First thing to remember is be realistic, set small goals to help you achieve your big goal. Think about how you are going to get there. Look at what needs to change in your life. What you need to do less of and what you need to do more of and finally think of a personal reward, this might be a weekly reward or indeed a daily reward. Constant reward is important as it reminds us that we achieved a small part of our journey.
