City of Swan

The City of Swan is largest local government in the Perth metropolitan area. Their aim is to build sustainable local communities to improve the quality of life within their city. The City of Swan aspires to be a connected and cohesive community, value and celebrate the diversity of our people and places and build organisational capability to meet community expectations.

The City of Swan Community Funding Scheme aims to build sustainable local communities and enhance the social well-being and development of the City of Swan community. They partner with community groups and not-for-profit organisations that are seeking support for projects, activities and events that address identified community needs. Partnership with Live Life Get Active is just one example of this.

City of Swan partnered with Live Life Get Active in October 2015 and currently sponsors 1 locations. Without the generous support of City of Swan, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible.
