Central Coast Council

The Central Coast Council is located on the coast of New South Wales, midway between the Sydney CBD and the Newcastle CBD. The council is home to over 330,000 residents and is proud of its 80 kilometres of beautiful coastline. It is led by the Chief Executive Officer and made up of ten sections that all work hard to carry out the community vision of being a caring, sustainable and prosperous community.

Central Coast Council keep the community engaged through an online hub called Your Voice – Our Coast. It is a fantastic initiative to get the community involved by providing real input and direction into the projects affecting the area and region and helping shape the community. Central Coast Council care about their community and it is also displayed through their partnership with Live Life Get Active.

Central Coast Council partnered with Live Life Get Active in October 2018 and currently sponsors 2 locations. Without the generous support of Central Coast Council, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible. For more information about their camp locations and what members have to say, please read below.
