PHN HNECC

Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN) is a not for profit organisation funded by the Commonwealth government to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the primary health care system. Their vision and purpose is to deliver innovative, locally relevant solutions that measurably improve the health outcomes of our communities.

HNECC PHN works with hospitals, community groups and non-government organisations to make sure the different arms of the health sector are connected. Their Diabetes Alliance and Weight Loss Initiative are in line with Live Life Get Active’s commitment to lowering Type 2 Diabetes and obesity rates in Australia.

PHN HNECC partnered with Live Life Get Active in March 2019 and currently sponsors 1 locations. Without the generous support of PHN HNECC, the provision of free outdoor fitness camps at these locations would not be possible. For more information about their camp locations and what members have to say, please read below.
