Your mind and body are connected and there are some simple tools that can help you live in a more balanced state of mind. Nicky will help you achieve balance with her practical strategies that will turn a busy and worried mind into a calm and content mind.
What you will learn:
- How to create a ‘Healthy Mind Platter’ which will provide you with a daily map of the 7 essential activities that will support positive mental health.
- 3 simple life-changing practices that you can do daily for happier living.
- A gentle Tai Chi sequence, the ultimate mind body balance exercise.
This workshop will be like a day spa for your mind and body! With balance, you will find more energy for living, improved mood, less stress, a better outlook on life, better sleep, a clearer mind and you’ll be better equipped to take on life’s challenges!
