Rouse Hill - Town Centre 6:00PM’S TRAINERS

Nicholas Fowler

I’ve been a PT for nearly 2 years now and I love it. After 40 years of working with machines, I now enjoy the interactions with people. With people, the reward is almost instant. You see them work. You see them reach their goals and the effect it has on improving their lives. As an older trainer with all the usual aches and pains I can sympathise with clients or have exercise remedies that have worked for my injuries. My philosophy is it’s your life, it’s your body. What do you want out of it and how can I help?

Maria Tiems

Hi, my name is Maria Tiems, and I run the Rouse Hill, Fairwater & Castle Hill camps, along with the Parent & Child Camp at Woodcroft. I love being a PT because I help change the lives of my clients, through exercise. I feel like a "proud mum" when a client achieves something they never thought was possible for them.
