Welcome to the Live Stream - Fitness camp, which is located in the suburb of , part of the Local Government Area. The camp is funded by Live Life Get Active and has been running since May 2020.

The Live Stream - Fitness class is a free fitness camp open to all members of the public. There are the following activities on offer, Active Yoga, Dance - Evening Shake Up, Yoga - Positive Morning Boost, Aerobics - Evening Energiser, Pilates - Cardio Heart Pump, Pilates - Total Body Strength, Yoga - Evening Stress Release, Yoga - Total Body Flow, Pilates - Pump & Tone, Pilates - Leg Sculpting, Pilates - Bums & Tums, Yoga - Positive Morning Boost, Yoga - Refresh & Restore, Pilates - Total Body Strength, Cardio - Heart pump, Strength - Bums & Tums, Yoga - Evening Wind Down, Aerobics - Morning Energy Burst, Cardio - Lunch Time Burst, Yoga - Vinyasa Flow, and you can learn more about them below.

Sessions are available at 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 am, 6:00 pm, 12:15 pm, 1:30 pm, 10:30 am, 8:15 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 4:00 pm and run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday during school terms. For more details see the timetable below.

To join this camp all you have to do is complete our registration form and book into as many classes as you like. All our classes are FREE and Registration takes about 10 mins. Click the button below to start.

Katie Moore

My journey with yoga started back in 2009, and was alot about the healing properties, it wasn't until I started my teacher training that I learnt about the mind, body and spirit as a whole. Since then I've taught all sorts of people with all sorts of Yoga. Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post natal, Kids yoga and even sports specific classes. Yoga helped keep me healthy and moving during both my pregnancies, and of course bouncing back post pregnancy. Yoga is for everybody, so don't be afraid to give it a go. You'll be surprised how much you can learn about yourself.

Dita Rexhepi

“Hi, I am Dita & I have been practising yoga for 10 years. Shortly after Studying Vinyassa Yoga in 2019, I joined the Live Live get Active Team running yoga Sessions at the St Albans Camp. What I enjoy most about yoga is the feeling of coming home to my body & the time to find stillness. I enjoy sharing this gift to others.I have since moved over to teaching Yoga Online weekly with Live life get active. Apart from yoga I I also love the beach & going to the markets window shopping the deli.”

Michele Dotti

Having been in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 30years, I love to share my passion for exercises with others and make every workout enjoyable and safe. Having a background in Sports Science as well as Health Science and Remedial Therapies, my approach to training focuses on building mind and body connection, using correct form and techniques to improve performance outcomes for a better quality of life. I look forward to seeing you soon for Mat Pilates.

Michael Dever

Yoga and meditation have been a big part of my life for over a decade. They have created a self-awareness that has helped to uncover the true me and I feel blessed to be able to share these teachings that have so benefited me. My Yoga classes are extremely enjoyable, they are easy to follow and suitable for all skill levels and ages. In my meditation classes, I will guide you through simple techniques that will help you find clarity and calmness in all aspects of life.
