Live Life Get Active is proud to present its new online training offering. Bringing personal trainers and yoga instructors from across the country, live to you in your home!
You can tune in here each weekday at the allocated time to enjoy a lesson. Or you can explore our other streams to mix up your daily routine – it is up to you.

Difficulty – Beginner
During this class you will be taken through a 35-minute bodyweight exercise class. Our professional trainer will breakdown exercises so they are easy to follow and achievable for all skill levels.
This class is a full-body workout and is designed to strengthen all of your muscles without putting too much strain on yourself. Remember to go at your own pace and take your time.
What you’ll need.
For this workout, you won’t need much, but you will need the following:
- A towel
- A sturdy chair or bench
- Enough room to spread out

Your Trainer – Steve Tague, NSW
Steve is a master trainer at Live Life Get Active and has taken over 500 sessions and currently looks after 8 camps as a master trainer.
He is an unbelievable trainer who has a developed a fiercely loyal following at his own Chippendale Camp in Sydney.
A competitive weightlifter, Steve’s commitment to Live Life Get Active is up there with the best and we are extremely grateful to have him.
