Adam is an exercise physiologist and personal trainer at Live Life Get Active. He has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, has recently for completed his Masters in Exercise Physiolgy. been a Personal Trainer for 3 years,  and has recently completed his bachelor of exercise physiology. Adam has an extensive wealth of knowledge in understanding the bodies response to exercise and how to prevent injuries.

Stretches to improve your joint mobility, posture and stability!

Flexibility is important for all aspects of life from exercise performance and injury prevention to bending down to pick up the groceries and reaching up to the top shelf. No matter what age you are, regular stretching will improve your posture, stability and day to day functionality. Our friendly Exercise Physiologist Adam, will take you through a workshop that will help you improve your flexibility and increase the range of motion of your joints. You will leave this workshop feeling nice and bendy with a tool kit of exercises to take away with you and add to your weekly regime.

Friday 18th June, 12.30pm – 1.30pm
