Adam is an exercise physiologist and personal trainer at Live Life Get Active. He has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science and his Masters in Exercise Physiology. Adam has an in-depth understanding of the body’s response to exercise and how to prevent injuries. With his extensive wealth of knowledge and passion for exercise, Adam motivates people to make exercise a regular part of their regime.

Quick cardio workouts to  get fit, lose weight & feel healthy

Did you know that improving your cardio fitness can improve how you feel, how you move and how you look? It is also one of the best ways to protect your heart so you can live a longer and happier life! The good news is, cardio can be done quickly using simple exercises that you can do anywhere any time. Our friendly PT Adam will show you the easiest exercises you can do from home. You will get a program to take away with you to incorporate into your week. Let’s make cardio snappy and fun!
