Adam is an exercise physiologist and personal trainer at Live Life Get Active. He has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science has recently completed his Masters in Exercise Physiology. been a Personal Trainer for 3 years,  and has recently completed his bachelor of exercise physiology. Adam has an extensive wealth of knowledge in understanding the bodies response to exercise and how to prevent injuries.

Quick cardio workouts to  get fit, lose weight & feel healthy

Did you know that improving your cardio fitness can improve how you feel, how you move and how you look? It is also one of the best ways to protect your heart so you can live a longer and happier life! The good news is, cardio can be done quickly using simple exercises that you can do anywhere any time. Our friendly PT Adam will show you the easiest exercises you can do from home. You will get a program to take away with you to incorporate into your week. Let’s make cardio snappy and fun!
