Progressively starting from the neck and shoulders will better align your body for the next 6 days of pilates. This session might seem easy at first but it will release a huge amount of tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and energised for tomorrow’s video.
7 DAY SCHEDULE
Our 7-day toning pilates transformation course will have you feeling energised, and revitalised and remove all built-up tension. As you progress every day, you’ll notice each movement becomes slightly easier with the strength and stability you’ve gained from your previous video.
