Everything you need to know about booking and cancelling sessions

How to book an in-park session
Steps:
- Log into your Live Life Get Active account
- Go to: Book a Session
- Change your region in the left dropdown to area (e.g. NSW – Sydney), select the camp you want to attend in the middle dropdown
- Then click ‘available’, then ‘book now’ and then ‘confirm’ to confirm your booking
- Check your email inbox for your booking confirmation.
How to book a live-stream class
Steps:
- Log into your Live Life Get Active account
- Go to: Book a Session
- Change your camp in the left dropdown to @livestream, click on fitness or wellness for tai chi and meditation
- Then click ‘available’, then ‘book now’ and then ‘confirm’ to confirm your booking
- Check your email inbox, you will receive a zoom link to attend the class.
How to cancel your session (livestream & in-park)
Steps:
If your booking is more than 45 minutes away – follow these steps:
- Login to your Live Life Get Active account
- Go to: Book a Session
- Select the session you want to cancel – ‘already booked’
- Press the ‘Cancel booking’ button.
If your booking is less than 45 minutes away – you will not see a ‘Cancel booking’ button and won’t be able to cancel.
Common member questions
Q: Cannot find my zoom link?
A: We recommend searching for “session booked” in all of your email boxes. Or, try cancelling and rebooking your classes.
Q: I am using an iPad what web browser should I use?
A: We recommend downloading Chrome onto your iPad to access our website, book sessions, and fill out our survey’s.
Q: How do I access on-demand videos on my iPhone?
- Login to your Live Life Get Active account
- Click the 3 lines in the top right hand corner, then click on ‘Get Started’ to select our fitness, wellness or nutrition videos
- If you select Fitness – click ‘workout at home’, Wellness – click ‘on-demand videos’, Nutrition – click ‘recipe videos’
- Happy exercising or cooking!
Q: What kind of sessions do you offer?
- In the park. These are sessions held at Active Camps at a number of cities and regional areas around Australia.
- Pre Recorded Sessions. These are videos for you to watch at your leisure.
- Zoom Live Class Sessions. Live session that you need to book into via the Live Life Get Active Website.
- Live Classes. These will be announced on our social media feeds.

Q: I’m having troubles when registering, can you help?
A: We recommend using Chrome to register. If you cannot complete the sign-up process, please contact our Help Desk to resolve the issue.
Q: Are my details kept confidential?
A: Absolutely, the only data we share is on an aggregated level.
Q: When will I get my nutrition plan?
A: Approximately 2 days after you sign up as a member you will receive your nutrition plan via email. You can also download your nutrition plan from your Dashboard by following these steps:
- Login to your account
- On the Dashboard – scroll to the bottom of the page
- Press ‘Download your nutrition plan.
